hOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM MUM OR GARTER?

1. CLICK on SHOP tab & SELECT ITEM you would like to order. Use pull-down tabs to personalize your order.

2. Click "ADD TO CART" button

3. Return to "ALL PRODUCTS"

4. Select "INFORMATION " icon to further personalize your order **YOU MUST DO THIS STEP!**

5. Use "ADD-ON EXTRAS" for any additional items = $$ amounts

6. Close "CART" for payment and delivery/pickup information.

Do I pickup or do you offer delivery of my order?

All Pick up orders are scheduled BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during the week of your schools homecoming.

Upon completion of your order, You will receive a text message from us with an appointment time and directions to our address for pickup.

Delivery orders will be contacted by phone to arrange a convenient time/location for delivery,

A Signature must be obtained upon delivery.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RUSH MY ORDER?

RUSH ORDERS are available if not "SOLD OUT". A RUSH ORDER is an order placed within 10 days of your homecoming date, so PLEASE Order Early.

PLEASE CONTACT us BEFORE placing your RUSH order. We must know at the time of order is placed.

There is an Additional $35.00 -$50.00 to place a RUSH ORDER!

Substitutions may be necessary - Orders are produced on a 1st Come - 1st Serve Basis.

HomecomingCypress.com reserves the right to make comparable substitutions bases on availability of supplies.

returns

Due to the nature of this handcrafted custom item NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ALLOWED !

There are NO Returns on Homecoming Mums, or Custom Orders unless there is damage to the product.

You have 24 hours to inspect the item for any damage and notify the staff at HomecomingCypress.com.

repairs

Notify us within 24 Hours of pickup/delivery. Call Krisi at (832) 253-7454 to arrange appointment for repairs

HAND DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE -- DELIVERY FEES APPLY ( SEE $$PRICES$$ ON YOUR ORDER) Our drivers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery! (NO EXCEPTIONS)

We DO NOT delivery to schools.

SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR AREAS OUTSIDE OF OUR DELIVERY AREA -- FEES APPLY
